Furnishings and Amenities

Sunchoice Corporate Housing offers fully-furnished and well appointed accommodations in communities throughout Florida.  All of our suites are filled with practical conveniences to make you feel right at home. Our communities offer modern amenities for your enjoyment, and our rental specialists are committed to making your temporary stay as comfortable as possible.  Our Deluxe Package includes cable, Internet, HDTV and upgraded furniture styling.  Our Basic Package offers more affordable pricing, with a standard TV, basic furniture styling, with your cable and Internet account. 

Furnishings

  • Living Room: sofa, love seat or chair, coffee table, end table, lamp, TV with stand.
  • Dining room table with 4 chairs.
  • Kitchen:  Housewares: dinnerware and flatware setting, glasses, cookware set, cookie sheet, coffee maker, toaster, can opener, cooking spoons, mixing bowl, carving knife block set, colander, measuring cup, cutting board, dish towels, pot holders, and large wastebasket.
  • Appliances: refrigerator, dishwasher, range, microwave, washer and dryer.
  • Bedroom, each: queen bed, head board, dresser with mirror, nightstand with lamp, sheets set, pillows, comforter, hangers, clock radio, and laundry basket.
  • Bathroom, each: bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, floor rug, shower curtain-liner, and waste basket.

Utilities

  • Electric, garbage, and water.
  • Depending on package and location: digital cable and broadband Internet.

Cleaning and Housekeeping

  • Personal washer and dryer, iron, ironing board, vacuum, dust pan & broom, mop are included. 
  • Housekeeping cleaning services can be added to your package for a small additional charge.

Pets

  • Most of our properties are pet friendly with a proper deposit or pet fee. Tell us about the details of your pet(s), so that we may provide a location that fits your needs.

Optional

  • You may add a telephone, desk, or other furnishings as your require, for a small additional charge.

  • Most of our properties include resort-style pools, spas, fitness centers, business centers, and much more specific to each location.
